'Blatant racism,' Houston ISD trustee Larry Marshall says of Texas Watchdog, Houston Chronicle ethics coverage | Texas Watchdog

Houston ISD trustee Larry Marshall, who went on two of those all-expenses-paid trips to Costa Rica that we wrote about the other day -- the ones arranged by HISD vendor and state Rep. Borris Miles -- says our coverage of the issue is "blatant racism." He also says he's probably voted on contracts involving friends, and there's nothing wrong with that.
