City of Houston sues CenterPoint, says utility overcharged the city for street lighting | Texas Watchdog
Taking a cue from a class-action lawsuit settled in New Orleans for $12 million, the city of Houston is suing CenterPoint Energy for overcharging the city for street lighting for 20 years.
