101 year old woman, evicted from home four months ago told she cannot return because house is ‘unsafe’

Texana Hollis was evicted on September 12 and her belongings thrown into dumpsters by bailiffs after her 65-year-old son Warren failed to pay property taxes and it was foreclosed.

Two days later, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) said she could return to her home in Detroit.
